ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Custom design or personalization, photo editing, proofing, printing and envelopes are all included in our online stationery prices. Spare envelopes are included with all orders. Envelope return address imprinting is available for an additional fee.

PROOFING PROCESS: All custom designed or personalized products require a proof approval. We will send you a proof, via email or regular US Postal Service, prior to printing. It's very important that you carefully check all your text for any errors. Names, in particular, can be very uniquely spelled making it impossible for us to check their spelling. If you discover we have erred or you would like to change something, contact us as soon as possible to discuss revisions. If everything looks great, we still need to hear from you. We will always wait for authorization from you to begin printing custom designed or personalized products.

PHOTO TIPS: Send us a 3½" x 5", 4" x 6", or 5" x 7" 35 mm or professional photograph via Postal mail. We do not recommend sending poloroid photos because they don't reproduce as well. All photographs submitted via Postal mail will be returned (unharmed) along with your order. Or, send us a digital file via Email. We recommend sending your photograph in either .jpg or .tiff format saved at a very minimum of 150 DPI. Resolution is very important to guarantee a high quality clear print.

SHIPPING: Standard shipping used on most orders is USPS First-Class or Priority Mail which takes 2 to 5 days depending on your location. Large orders (over 4 pounds) may be shipped via UPS Ground. Faster shipping is not available at this time. The shipping time frame is in addition to our set up and printing process of 2 to 3 business days for non-personalized products and approximately 5 to 7 business days for all custom designed or personalized products (proof approval required).

RETURN POLICY: Non-personalized products can be returned or exchanged, for any reason, up to 30 days from delivery. Simply ship the product back in its original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Include a copy of your packing slip to assure proper credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping, except when damaged or mis-shipped products have been received.

Custom designed or personalized products cannot be refunded. These products include a proofing process which requires your authorization before we begin printing. In the unfortunate event an error does get printed, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a discount. If an order contains an error or misprint caused by us, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.
